We keep game servers online for people who would rather be playing than troubleshooting. The team is small, fully remote, and everyone here owns something real. If that sounds better than a seat in a large department, read on.
How we work
Fully remote, no fixed hours and no time tracking. We care about what ships, not when you were online. The team is small enough that you talk directly to the person making the decisions — there is no layer in between.
What you get
Real ownership of your area from week one, budget to test your own ideas, and the freedom to kill what is not working. Compensation is discussed openly in the first conversation and depends on experience and where you live.
How we hire
A human reads every application and replies within 7 business days, yes or no. If it is a fit: a conversation, then a small paid trial task, then an offer. No unpaid work, no five-round interview marathons.
Open positions
Three roles, all fully remote. We are hiring full time, but if you can only do freelance, part time or a fixed contract, say so in the form — a good person on three days a week beats an average one on five. Pick the role that fits and the application form opens below it.
Sales & Marketing Specialist
Remote · Full time, freelance or contract
You own the top of the funnel: how people find us, and why they choose us over a cheaper host.
Turn enquiries into customers — people ask which plan fits 40 players, whether we run a specific modpack, how migration works.
Run the creator programme: find YouTubers, streamers and Discord owners, talk to them, manage the relationships.
Write guides and comparisons people actually finish reading. Our audience spots marketing language instantly.
Decide which channels deserve the budget, and say so when one does not.
Social Media Specialist
Remote · Full time, freelance or contract
You build our presence where gamers actually spend their time — and make it sound like a person, not a brand account.
Short-form video: TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels. Server setups, mod showcases, before-and-after lag fixes.
Discord and Reddit, properly: take part in communities rather than dropping links in them.
Post and reply daily in our voice — plain, helpful, a bit dry, never corporate.
Turn real things into content: a launch, a customer’s world, a problem we solved at 2am.
Advertising Specialist
Remote · Full time, freelance or contract
You run paid acquisition and make every unit of budget accountable. Small spend to start, more when it works.
Plan, launch and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube and Reddit.
Test creatives and landing pages properly — a real test, not a hunch and a screenshot.
Own the numbers that matter: cost per signup, payback period, what a customer is actually worth to us.
Report honestly, including the campaigns that failed. We would rather hear it early.
What we look for, in all three
You understand gamers. You do not need to be a Minecraft expert, but you should know why someone rents a server and what makes a bad host infuriating.
You write well in English. Most of our customers are outside Turkey. Clear, natural English matters more than a marketing degree.
You have done the work before. Agency, startup, freelance or your own project — all count equally. Show us something you made.
You work without being managed. Remote and small means nobody hands you a task list each morning. That suits some people and not others; be honest with yourself.
Being straight with you
We are early. That means visible impact and genuine ownership, but also that priorities shift and you will wear more than one hat. If you want a settled department with a fixed playbook, this is not it. If you want to write the playbook, it might be exactly right.

None of these fit?
We are small and hire rarely, but we read everything. Tell us what you do and why GGameHost, and we will keep it on file for when the next position opens.
