This Privacy Policy explains how GGameHost LLC ("GGameHost", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use our website and game server hosting services. We act as the data controller for that personal data. We are committed to handling your data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data-protection law.
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. When you pay, your card details are submitted directly to the processor under their own privacy terms. We receive only the information needed to confirm and manage your transaction (such as the last four digits, card type and authorisation result).
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the site and client area (for example, session and security cookies), and we may use analytics cookies to understand and improve usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling necessary cookies may break parts of the site.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers ("processors") who help us run the Services under contract, including payment processors (e.g. Stripe), our network and DDoS-protection provider (e.g. Cloudflare), data-center and infrastructure providers, and our billing platform (WHMCS). We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
Our core infrastructure is located in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area to a processor, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and afterwards for the period required to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Security and server logs are kept only for as long as needed for operations and security, then deleted or anonymised.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority.
We use technical and organisational measures โ including encryption in transit, access controls and network protection โ to safeguard personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Policy and will post changes here with a new effective date. For any privacy question or request, contact [email protected].
