These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the game server hosting and related services (the "Services") provided by GGameHost LLC ("GGameHost", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, placing an order or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase the Services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. The information you provide at sign-up must be accurate and kept up to date.
GGameHost provides game server hosting on shared and dedicated infrastructure located in European data centers, together with a control panel, automated provisioning, DDoS protection and support. Server resources (RAM, vCPU, storage and player slots) are defined by the plan you purchase. "Unlimited" slot wording refers to the absence of a per-seat licence fee; actual concurrent players are limited by the performance of your plan.
Prices are displayed in USD and EUR and are charged in advance on a recurring basis for the billing cycle you select (monthly, quarterly or annually). Unless you cancel before the renewal date, services renew automatically at the then-current price using your saved payment method. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (including Stripe); we do not store your full card number.
New eligible orders are covered by a 72-hour money-back guarantee: if you request a refund within 72 hours of your initial purchase, we will refund that initial payment. After 72 hours, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Renewals, upgrades, add-ons, dedicated resources and accounts terminated for breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refunds. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Your use of the Services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), which is incorporated into these Terms. You are solely responsible for all content, software, mods and configurations you install or allow others to install on your server, and for ensuring you hold any licences required to run a given game or modification.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime as described in our Service Level Agreement (SLA). The SLA sets out your sole and exclusive remedy (service credits) for qualifying downtime.
We may suspend or terminate the Services, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or the AUP, fail to pay, or where continued operation poses a risk to our network, other customers or third parties. You may cancel at any time from the client area; cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid except under the money-back guarantee or as required by law. On termination, your server and its data may be permanently deleted.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any data you consider important. While we provide automated backup tools and take reasonable measures to protect data, we are not liable for the loss, corruption or deletion of customer content.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GGameHost will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill or game progress. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GGameHost from any claims, damages or costs arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms or the AUP.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, communicated to you. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable at the place of establishment of GGameHost LLC, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under local law.
