Player slots are set by sv_maxClients, and beyond 48 the ceiling depends on your Cfx.re subscription tier. The OneSync documentation describes OneSync as free for up to 48 slots, and the Cfx.re support page states that using more than 48 slots requires an Element Club Argentum subscription or higher.

The official system requirements page lists a fully updated Windows 8.1, 10, or 11, and states that the system must also meet the minimum requirements of the original game. The documentation states that FiveM requires a fully updated installation of GTAV and will not work with illegitimate copies.
